I have created an audio file from the FCC Element One text file. It is encoded as MPEG-1, layer 3 - commonly known as mp3.

It is recommended that you read along as you listen to it.
Choose your bit rate!Better Quality - 11.4 MB (32 kbits/sec)
Smaller Size - 5.6 MB (16 kbits/sec)
Interesting observation of Element One:There are 11 questions that have "All of these" as an option and for all but one it is the magic answer! Here is the one you must know:
152. A marine public coast station operator may not charge a fee for what type of
communication?
a} Port Authority transmissions.
b} Storm updates.
c} Distress.@@ <-- easy to remember, as no other question has this as a one word answer!
d} All of these.Therefore, on Element 1 always choose 'All of these' unless it is this one!
Important update! - Elkins incorrectly lists "all of these" as the correct answer. We have to go with Elkins and choose "d" - ignore the GROL book on this, even though the FCC site agrees with GROLMore investigations of Element One'None of these' show up twice, and they are wrong in both cases.
'Any of these' show up only two times, and it is the CORRECT ANSWER in both cases (#102 and 110)!
